Pistol Skill Builder LAB | Speed and Reset
Reserve your place with Instructor Sullivan
Want to shoot faster? There is a speed curve in shooting which is different from other sports or activities. In a golf swing, we are told to take the club back slowly and speed comes at the moment of just before impact. Baseball players take a slow step towards the pitcher before speeding up to hit the pitch. Tennis, bowling, rowing, and even the 100 m sprint all start slow and get fast. Shooting starts fast and gets smooth.
Trigger reset is a simple concept to understand and yields very quick results. Join us to learn and practice the nuances of Speed and Reset.
